Shiraz

A medium bodied, complex, intensely fruity wine with very good length and tasting of blackberries and vanilla.

Appearance

Dark red colour with purple rim and good viscosity with distinct legs and good clarity.

Smell

Intense ripe cherries, strawberries, blackberries, and spice with a hint of pepper and green olives. Shows developed fruit characters such as chocolates and fruit cake.

Taste

Very clean and fresh with intense fruit such as raspberries, sweet (lollies) confectionary character and blackberries; spicy with dusty and supple tannins. A well balanced wine with complex bouquet with a very good length.

Best relished with

Kebabs, kormas and aromatic biryanis.
Cheese - Smoked Cheddar, Mozzarella, Feta, Havarti.
