The Winery is an imposing building with a single grape vine at the entrance catching the eye. As you step inside through the huge wooden doors, the large foyer done up in earthy tones gives you a feel of space. The cellar is behind, with spaces for cold storage and wine tasting off to one side and the QC lab at the other.
Featuring state-of-the-art equipment from Italy and France, the cellar has storage tanks that are fabricated from non-corrosive, food grade stainless steel. We use only imported yeast and implement all New World winemaking techniques. Operations like bottling and capping are semi automated.
The QC lab is equipped to carry out an array of wine analysis tests including acid content, alcohol content, sulphide and pH, among others.
In recognition of our wide ranging quality measures, we have recently been awarded with the ISO 22000, HACCP and FSMS from TUV.
